Template & Cut

No kit exists for your boat. That is exactly why we template it.

Aluminum sleds, drift boats, pontoons and working hulls are not in anyone’s pre-made catalog — because no two are the same after a decade of rod holders, seat bases and repairs. We template yours by hand, on the water, and cut to that.

The Catalog Way

Order a kit. Hope it fits.

  • Only fits hulls a factory already digitised
  • You check the dimensions yourself
  • Aftermarket hardware is not accounted for
  • A remake is on you
The WakeMark Way

We come out and template it.

  • Fits any hull, catalogued or not
  • We measure. The fit is our problem.
  • Cut around your rod holders and seat bases as they sit today
  • Our name is on the install
What We Template

The boats that actually work for a living.

  • Welded Aluminum

North River, Duckworth, Weldcraft, Willie, Hewescraft, Alumaweld, Thunder Jet, Koffler.

  • Pontoons

Flat, near-rectangular decks. Fast to template and the most dramatic before-and-after we do.

  • Drift & Guide Boats

Traction where clients stand all day. Measured while the boat stays in service.

  • Working Vessels

Charter, dive, snorkel, commercial. Boats too expensive to move for a flooring job.

Example

North River Seahawk

No pre-made kit exists for welded aluminum hulls. We template the deck on site, so the fit accounts for aftermarket rod holders, seat bases and any prior deck work. This is the only way this boat gets a custom deck.

Example

Pontoon Any make

Pontoon decks are flat and near-rectangular, which makes them fast to template and among the most dramatic before-and-after jobs we do. Priced by square footage after onsite measurement.

For Working Boats

Your boat keeps earning while its deck is made.

We template on one visit, then the boat goes straight back to work while the deck is manufactured. We return only when it is ready to lay.
